Community Healthcare Assistant – Days & Nights – Crawley

Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week
Join Our Specialist Complex Care Team
We're looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one care for clients living with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, ventilator dependency, and other complex healthcare needs in their own homes.
This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist clinical skills while supporting clients to live independently and comfortably within their local community.
No previous complex care experience is necessary – full training and ongoing support are provided by our clinical team.
What You'll Do
Provide one-to-one support in the client's home
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, positioning, and transfers
Deliver tracheostomy and ventilator care following training
Administer medication and complete care records
Monitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
What We're Looking For
Compassionate and reliable individuals
Strong communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Right to work in the UK
Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
Desirable
Previous care, support work, healthcare, or customer service experience
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
