Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
Minimum commitment: 24 hours per week

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with complex care needs across Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Saltdean, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas.
Whether you are already working in care or looking to start a new career, we provide comprehensive in-house clinical training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Our care packages are delivered on a one-client, one-home basis, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide truly personalised care without rushing between multiple care calls.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred care and support in the client's own home
Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
Supporting mobility, positioning and transfers
Administering medication in line with care plans and training
Monitoring and recording changes in health and wellbeing
Preparing meals and supporting hydration and nutrition needs
Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment
Working closely with families, nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care

What We're Looking For
Essential
A caring and compassionate nature
Excellent communication and people skills
A willingness to learn and develop clinical skills
Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Right to work in the UK
Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks
Desirable
Previous care, support work, healthcare or customer service experience
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Earnings
Typical Healthcare Assistants work around 36 hours per week
Average weekly earnings: £500–£555*
Estimated annual earnings: £26,200–£28,950*
Figures are based on average shift patterns and may include accrued holiday pay. Actual earnings will vary depending on hours worked and shift allocation.
