A compassionate, reliable, and experienced Personal Care Assistant is required to support a gentleman in his late 70s who lives with his family in Islington.

The gentleman has complex care needs and requires support in his own home. He is non-verbal, uses a BiPAP machine for sleep apnoea, has a tracheostomy, and experiences left-sided paralysis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care to ensure his comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support with daily living activities

• Assisting with mobility, positioning, and transfers

• Supporting tracheostomy care and respiratory needs

• Monitoring and assisting with BiPAP therapy as required

• Communicating effectively using non-verbal methods

• Working closely with the family and healthcare professionals
