Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves keeping people connected? At HFH Healthcare, we provide specialist nurse-led care to adults and children at home across London – and we need an IT Technician to keep our systems running smoothly!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • First point of contact for IT support – no problem too big or small!

  • Maintain devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

  • Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT setups.

  • Support IT projects, upgrades, and keep systems secure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1st Line IT support experience

  • Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)

  • Friendly, problem-solving attitude

Nice-to-Haves: Entra ID/AD, Intune, VoIP, cybersecurity awareness
