Salary: £13.00 - £17.93 per hour

Schedule:12 hour shifts available – you must be able to work3 shifts across the course of the week.

You will be providing consistent, person-centred care to help our clients maintain independence and live a fulfilled life at home. We’re searching for someone with strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Client Overview: Our client is a 63 year old woman. She enjoys listening to gospel and soul music, speaking with her family, computer programming and cooking, particularly Caribbean fusion food. She is a Christian and enjoys reading the bible. She is looking fir additional females to join her core team.

Essential Skills

• Training or strong willingness to complete specialist training in bowel care as part of your induction
• Desire and ability to support clients with spinal injuries and complex care requirements
• Provide personal care, safe moving and handling, pressure area care, and support with daily routines
• Ability to adhere to care plans and apply clinical guidance from multidisciplinary teams

Communication: Fluent English Speaker

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident in liaising with healthcare professionals and family members
• Ability to engage with clients and promote positive communication throughout every shift
