Mr L is a 19-year-old young man, who resides with his mother, his brother, and their three cats. He attends College and is a very happy young man, who has a positive outlook on life. At home, he is surrounded by family and pets, which contribute to a supportive and loving environment. We are looking for someone who will be able to come in and support the client in the same way. We are seeking a female care who is able to support this  young man, engagement is key to help him live a fulfilled life.

Job Purpose:

To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.

To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.

To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care

To supervise and delegate tasks to double up staff
