Drive Growth in Healthcare That Makes a Real Difference
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in healthcare or complex care services to drive growth across NHS and private commissioning channels.
You will be responsible for securing new care packages, building relationships with commissioners, ICBs and case managers, and supporting the mobilisation of services across London and surrounding areas.
Experience within complex care, continuing healthcare (CHC), or NHS commissioning environments is essential.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking to appoint quickly.
The Role
You will own the full healthcare sales lifecycle — from identifying opportunities through to winning, onboarding and mobilising care packages.
Working closely with clinical, operational and governance teams, you will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and commissioning requirements.
This is a primarily sales-focused role (75% business development / 25% mobilisation) suited to someone who understands both commercial targets and healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and win new business within complex care and continuing healthcare (CHC) markets
Build strong relationships with NHS commissioners, ICBs, case managers and MDT stakeholders
Manage the full sales process: referral → assessment → proposal → contract → mobilisation
Develop tailored proposals, pricing structures and tender submissions aligned to healthcare frameworks
Support onboarding of new care packages, ensuring safe and compliant service delivery
Attend and contribute to MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings
Represent the organisation at networking events and stakeholder presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support regional growth
Please Note (Essential Requirements)
This role requires prior experience in healthcare business development, complex care or social care services
Applicants without relevant healthcare sector experience will not be considered

Highly organised with the ability to manage your own diary and workload
