Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 + £20,000 OTE + Travel Allowance
Location: Hybrid (Office, Field-Based – Slough, Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
About the Role:
Due to rapid growth, we’re expanding our Onboarding team and are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in Business Development.
You’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with commissioners, winning new care packages, and overseeing their mobilisation. This is a sales-driven position (approximately 75% sales / 25% project management) with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care through collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to securing and mobilising care packages
Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders
Promote HFH Healthcare through strategic marketing, networking, and presentations
Manage and support service mobilisation in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting system
Attend and contribute to commissioner, MDT, and family meetings
Support the development of proposals, pricing, and bid submissions
About You:
Essential:
Must be a Registered Nurse
Proven experience in business development, account management, or healthcare sale
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
Commercially minded and target-driven with the ability to manage your time and own diary.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable:
Background in complex care, brain injury, or learning disability services
